Byung-hoon Ahn (KOR) recorded one birdie and three bogeys for a five-under-par 205 on the third day of the U.S. Professional Golf (PGA) Tour’s Charles Schwab Challenge ($8.7 million purse), which concluded today (Aug. 28) at Colonial Country Club (Par 70, 7209 yards) in Fort Worth, Texas, and is tied for sixth place with Victor Hovlan (NOR) and David Lipsky (USA).
After starting the tournament in a tie for seventh place, Ahn finished the second day in a tie for fourth place and is now in a tie for sixth place on the third day, five shots off the lead.
On the first hole, a par-5 (545 yards), Ahn hit his second shot to the green and his eagle putt from seven meters from the pin came up short, grazing the right side of the hole and rolling back for birdie. It would be his first and last birdie of the third round.
Ahn bogeyed the fifth and eighth holes and added a third bogey on the 18th to finish at 2-over-par 72.
Meanwhile, Adam Shank (USA) and Harry Hall (England) are tied for the lead at 10-under-par 200.
Harris English (USA) is one stroke back in third place at 9-under par 201, while Justin Seo (USA) is tied for fourth at 6-under par 204 with Emiliano Grillo (Argentina).안전놀이터
Si-Woo Kim (KOR) was unable to cut down his score with three birdies and three bogeys to finish at 3-under-par 207 and is tied for 16th with Max Homa (USA) and Justin Rose (GBR).
Lee lost five strokes in the third round alone to finish tied for 59th at 2-over par.
