Gimpo FC coach Go Jeong-woon won the ‘flex Manager of the Month Award’ in April.

Gimpo, led by head coach Ko Jeong-woon, recorded 4 wins and 2 draws in 6 games held in April, leading the K-League 2.

Gimpo recorded a 1-1 draw against Bucheon in the 5th round, their first match of April, followed by a 0-0 draw against Chungbuk Cheongju in the 6th round, but 안전놀이터 won 3-2 against Ansan in the 7th round. Afterwards, Gimpo won 4 consecutive victories at once, winning 1-0 against Busan in round 8, 2-1 against Anyang in round 9, and 2-0 against Gimcheon in round 10.

Gimpo swept 14 points in the month of April, which is the most points in K-League 1 and 2 during the same period. In addition, Gimpo showed a well-organized appearance in both offense and defense, recording 9 points and 4 goals in 6 games held in April.

Coach Go Jeong-woon, who successfully led Gimpo’s April, was awarded the ‘flex K League Manager of the Month Award’ in recognition of his outstanding leadership and leadership.

Coach Go Jeong-woon will be presented with a commemorative trophy and prizes produced by the Korea Professional Football Federation.
