Lotte Giants hitting coach Lee Byung-kyu has been removed from the first team roster.

The KBO announced the status of the first team roster on the 19th. Hitting coach Lee Byung-kyu and NC catcher Park Dae-on were removed from the first team roster, while Samsung added outfielder Kim Dong-yeop and infielder Kim Ho-jae to the first team roster.

NC demoted Park to the second team. In three games this season, Park went 4-for-5 with a double and an OPS of 1.100. He performed well but struggled to get playing time.

Samsung called up Kim Dong-yeop and Kim Ho-jae. Kim is batting 2-for-6 with five home runs, 15 RBIs and a .770 OPS in 39 games (109-for-29) this season. Kim Ho-jae has struggled a bit, batting 1-for-18 (10-for-54) with five RBIs and a .450 OPS in 36 games.
