The Lee Seung-yeop effect has already begun…’A relationship with a bad person’ Japanese pitching expert, Doosan Instructor invited

A player who worked together with coach Lee Seung-yeop at Yomiuri Giants in the past visits Australia to help the Doosan Bears pitcher grow.

The Doosan Bears announced on the 31st that they are inviting Hisanori Takahashi (48) as a pitching instructor for the 2023 spring camp.

Instructor Takahashi joined the Yomiuri Giants in 2000 and retired in 2015. During his active career, he pitched in 261 games in 12 seasons in Japanese professional baseball, recording 79 wins, 73 losses, 15 saves and 5 holds, and an average ERA of 3.70.메이저사이트

After challenging the major leagues in 2010, he went through the New York Mets and the Los Angeles Angels, recording a 3.99 earned run average with 14 wins, 12 losses, 10 saves and 13 holds in 4 seasons of 168 games.

The invitation to the camp was accomplished through a relationship with director Lee Seung-yeop. Coach Lee Seung-yeop and instructor Takahashi worked side by side for four years from 2006 with the Yomiuri Giants of the Japanese professional baseball team. Head coach Lee Seung-yeop said, “I hope that Takahashi instructor, who has been selected and bullpened in the US and Japan, will be of great help to the development of young lefties.”

Instructor Takahashi plans to join the Doosan Bears Australia spring camp on February 8 and provide pitcher guidance for about two weeks.
